Yamaha R6 (2006-08) Full Exhaust Systems:

  • Our full exhaust systems for the 2006-08 Yamaha R6 features mandrel bent titanium or stainless steel tubing, billet aluminum flanges and a titanium or carbon fiber silencer with a tapered conical end cap. An O2 bung (w/ plug) is provided for tuning or factory O2 sensor. Use the included bung plug to remove thestockO2 sensor altogether. Gains of 8.4 hp can be achieved with the use of a Dynojet Power Commander and Ignition Module. Installation of this system will shed 12.9 lbs(titanium) / 11.0 lbs (stainless steel) from the motorcycle.


  • The 2008 WORKS Full exhaust system includes an added cross-over head pipe feature along with a more aggressive head pipe taper. These features allow for an increased throttle response and low to midrange power delivery without affecting the peak power output.
